Holding a Master’s degree in Economic & Social Sciences from the University of Fribourg (1990) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva (2005), Luca began his career at L’Oréal Switzerland in management control in 1991. In 1997, he joined the Management Committee in charge of Finance, Management, and Organization. He then joined Coges Corraterie Gestion SA in 1999, holding several management positions, including CEO until 2016 and board member since 2017. He moved to Banque Eric Sturdza in 2017 to fill the newly created position of Secretary-General, was appointed Deputy General Manager, and joined the Executive Management in 2021.
