Swiss-trained lawyer, Sylvain joined the COGES Board of Directors as an independent member in 2023. He has also served as a director of Banque Eric Sturdza SA and its Audit Committee since 2020. Sylvain previously held positions as legal and compliance officer at several wealth management banks, including Pictet and Lombard Odier. He is currently a board member of several banks and asset managers authorized by FINMA and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ports-Francs et Entrepôts de Genève SA.
